SR 16 on-ramp to northbound I-5 back open after overturned box truck

The SR 16 on-ramp to northbound I-5 has reopened after an overturned box truck blocked the road.

Washington State Patrol Trooper Juan Martinez first reported the incident around 2 p.m. Wednesday.

Traffic was being diverted to southbound I-5. The HOV lane was open for traffic heading to northbound I-5.

The ramp reopened around 3:30 p.m.
