Your Mid-South Weekend Guide: Halloween Weekend
MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - Warm finish to October with an unsettled Halloween weekend ahead! Here’s what’s on around the Mid-South and when rain could impact your plans.
WEEKEND WEATHER OVERVIEW
Friday: Warm, bright and dry — highs around 80, ~10° above average. Great night to be out.
Saturday: Dry start, clouds building. Showers develop Saturday evening with periods of rain overnight Saturday into Sunday morning. Not everyone will see rain for trick or treating; areas near the delta have more of a chance for passing showers than areas to the east.
Sunday / Halloween weekend: Scattered showers Saturday and Sunday, heaviest Saturday overnight into early Sunday. Won’t be a washout — more dry hours than rainy hours — but keep rain gear handy for outdoor events. Much-needed rain as extreme drought continues.
