Love 4 ABQ: Groovy Little Greenhouse Halloween plant swap

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — What else would you expect from a place called The Groovy Little Greenhouse, other than a groovy little event for Halloween?

From 2-4 p.m. this Saturday, which is Halloween, they’re hosting their aptly-titled Paranormal Propagation Swap at their shop just off of MLK and Broadway. You can bring plant propagations and swap them in-shop or trade them for something new or different If you’re dressed up in-costume, they’re also offering 10% off your purchase and a free, 2-inch plant of your choosing.

There’s also going to be apple cider and cookies. It’s a free social event to let the plant community mingle. You’re welcome to bring potted plants but Madi C, of The Groovy Little Greenhouse, says they’re going to have to enjoy the party outside of the shop.

They also offer free consulting for your houseplants. Just send them an email, a text or a DM on Instagram or TikTok. Hear from Madi in the video above and learn more on their website.
