9 arrested in connection with Kerr County narcotics investigations, sheriff’s office says

Nine people were arrested in connection with several narcotics investigations in Kerr County, the sheriff’s office said.

The operation, conducted throughout October by the sheriff’s Special Operations, Patrol and Warrants divisions, resulted in the seizure of 9.5 ounces of cocaine, 1.4 ounces of methamphetamine and 1 gram of ketamine.

The following individuals were arrested and booked into the Kerr County Jail:

• Mario Esau Palma Ramirez — manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance, PG1, 4-200 grams
• Reymundo Arreola Sanchez — manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance, PG1, 4-200 grams
• Joe David Chavez — manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance, PG1, 1-4 grams
• Kristin Jean Isham — manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance, PG1, 1-4 grams
• Adam Lewis Shackelford — bond forfeiture; possession of a controlled substance, PG1, 1-4 grams
• Eugene Washington Jr. — manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance, PG1, 1-4 grams
• Daniel Joseph Hinojosa — manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance, PG1, 4-200 grams
• Andy Gomez Guardiola — three counts of manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance, PG1, 1-4 grams
• Ashlei Diane Gappa — possession of a controlled substance, PG1, 1-4 grams

The suspects’ bonds range from $20,000 to $200,000, the sheriff’s office said.
