It’s happening on Big Shanty Road at the Xpress Town Center Park and Ride.
Channel 2 Cobb County bureau chief Michele Newell reports police arrested someone Wednesday night.
The big concern is all the noise, tires screeching late at night.
“I saw a lot of cop cars, and I heard people running around. And I saw like cops chasing people,” Shiloh Brown said.
Tire marks are what was left behind just outside Brown’s apartment.
“I did hear a lot of screeching noises,” Brown said.

Police arrived to smoking tires and the smell of burnt rubber from a car.
The arrest warrant for Michael Miller says he admitted to doing burnouts in front of a large crowd.
“It is quite annoying to hear that because I also live on the side where the parking lot is,” Brown said.
Students who live in the apartment near the lot, told me this is a constant problem.

Brown says the noise disrupts the time she needs to focus on school assignments.
“It’s just random times that they are in the parking lot just driving around,” she said. “Very dangerous, like it’s very concerning since I stay in the area. Like, that’s happening pretty often.”
