VOORHEES, N.J. (WPVI) -- The family of a 71-year-old man is looking for answers after authorities said he was struck and killed by two vehicles while riding his bicycle home from work on Route 73.
Maksudur Rahman was working his normal closing shift Friday at the Harmony Diner on Route 73. His colleagues said he would clean the kitchen before leaving for the night.
"He closes the diner, so he'll clean the whole kitchen and make sure the diner is spotless for the next day," manager Courtney McCauley said.
Coworkers said it was not unusual for Rahman to ride his bicycle home to Berlin after work.

Police were called to the 100 block of Route 73, about two miles south of the diner, around 1:15 a.m. Saturday, October 24. Rahman was found in the roadway and pronounced dead at the scene.
The Camden County Prosecutor's Office said Rahman is believed to have been struck by two vehicles, both of which left the area.
Many of Rahman's coworkers learned about his death the next day.
"I feel like I was in shock all day. Everybody was silent in the kitchen. It was very quiet. It was a very quiet day for all of us," McCauley said.
According to the Camden County Prosecutor's Office, one of the vehicles suspected of striking Rahman is a dark gray or black 2017-2020 Ford Fusion. The other is believed to be a dark-colored midsize SUV.
Those who knew Rahman are hoping an arrest is made soon.
"It's like there's no humanity. No morals or anything," McCauley said.
Detectives are combing through surveillance video from the area.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Voorhees Township Police or the Camden County Prosecutor's Office.
