Shoppers fall under Halloween’s spell

After years of building her Halloween collection, Mary Neister now fills The Kalia’s Waikiki lobby with elaborate witches, ghosts and Halloween scenes, adding new pieces each year and even urging friends and family to buy her discounted decorations after Halloween as Christmas gifts.
