Walt Disney Studios' all-new coming-of-age saga follows an impulsive and unconventional teenage girl named Billie, who discovers secret magical abilities when she finds herself in a witch realm called Hexe.

We caught up with people getting in the spooky spirit today and getting excited for the upcoming new animated film with photo ops and goodies.

The star-studded cast spoke about the upcoming film at D23 in Anaheim, California, this summer.

Hailee Steinfeld is the voice of Billie.

"It is a magical realm of witches, and you go on a journey," says Steinfeld. "It is a roller coaster ride."

Two-time Academy Award winner Jodie Foster is making her villain debut as Queen Celeste.

"I'm bad, just in case you were wondering," laughs Foster. "I'm terrible. Queen Celeste is very bad. I've been waiting for this my whole life. I'm 5'3" and no one ever cast me as a villain. I'm ready!"
