2 women arrested in connection to body dumped in Livermore, police say

SAN JOSE, Calif. (KGO) -- Two suspects have been arrested in connection with a homicide investigation that began after a body was discovered in Livermore in August, police said.

Officers responded Aug. 25 to reports of a body in a ravine and determined the victim had been killed by multiple stab wounds.

Police said the victim was last seen three days before the body was found.

Investigators later determined the killing occurred at a home in San Jose and identified two suspects in the case.

Earlier this week, authorities located one suspect in Los Angeles and the other in San Jose.

Both suspects have been booked into the Santa Clara County Main Jail.

Police have not released additional information about the suspects or the victim.
