ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — A free Halloween basketball event with food trucks, candy and live music will return for a second year at Holiday Park Community Center.

Kenny Thomas said the haunted hoops and trick or treat basketball event will run from 12 to 4 p.m. on Oct. 31 at Holiday Park Community Center off Comanche.
