Inflatable Turkey Map returns to McKinney for the 2026 holiday season

A popular Thanksgiving tradition is returning to McKinney, giving families a festive way to explore the city this holiday season.

Visit McKinney is bringing back its Inflatable Turkey Map for 2026 after more than 400 inflatable turkeys were featured across the city last year.

The 2026 map launches Nov. 1 on the McKinney TX! App. Residents can register their inflatable turkeys, give them creative names and even add backstories for others to discover.

Those who participated last year can use the Inflatable Turkey Lookup tool on Visit McKinney’s website to find their previous registration and indicate whether their turkey will return this year.

Once the map goes live, families can use it for a community-wide “turkey hunt,” visiting inflatable displays throughout McKinney and exploring different parts of the city along the way.
