Pepper spray incident prompts evacuation at Blaidell event

Fourteen people were evaluated by emergency medical personnel this afternoon after a pepper spray device accidentally discharged at a vendor’s booth during the Hawaii Holiday Craft and Gift Fair at the Neal S. Blaisdell Center.
