Voter Guide: 2026 NC voter guide
What You Need to Know
North Carolina has five statewide races in 2026: U.S. Senate, N.C. Supreme Court and three seats on the N.C. Court of Appeals.
All members of the U.S. House are also up for election in their districts, as well as all N.C. House and Senate lawmakers.
Republicans in North Carolina are in the majority in the state House, Senate, Court of Appeals and Supreme Court, but Democrats are hoping a “blue wave” midterm will help them make up some ground.
North Carolina voters will also be asked to decide on three constitutional amendments this fall.
These are the races and constitutional amendments we’re watching this November at NC Newsline.
