Once Upon a Farm Announces Recall and Reformulation of Tractor Wheels™ Due to Potential Choking Hazard
The company says this decision was based on three consumer complaints.
“We acted out of an abundance of caution, in the best interest of our customers and our commitment to quality. We are working with the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) to make sure affected products are removed and families have the information they need,” the company said.
The products were recalled in 45 states, as well as in Puerto Rico, according to the FDA.
Customers should not open or use the packages, and are urged to return the product for a full refund or contact [email protected].
“We know that parents place their trust in us every time they buy one of our products. We fell short of that, and that is why we are taking these aggressive actions,” the company said.
No other Once Upon a Farm products are impacted by this recall.
