Once Upon a Farm is voluntarily recalling its Tractor Wheels soft-baked bars due to a potential choking hazard for toddlers.
The recall comes after the FDA received reports of choking incidents and hospitalizations.
According to the FDA, when chewed, the product can form a dry, sticky mass that may be difficult to dislodge, even with standard choking interventions.
The recalled products include the Apple, Sweet Potato, & Spinach Tractor Wheels; Strawberry, Pumpkin, & Beet Tractor Wheels; and Banana, Pumpkin & Cauliflower Tractor Wheels.

The company says this decision was based on three consumer complaints.
“We acted out of an abundance of caution, in the best interest of our customers and our commitment to quality. We are working with the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) to make sure affected products are removed and families have the information they need,” the company said.
The products were recalled in 45 states, as well as in Puerto Rico, according to the FDA.
Consumers are advised not to serve the recalled bars and to throw them away immediately.
“We know that parents place their trust in us every time they buy one of our products. We fell short of that, and that is why we are taking these aggressive actions,” the company said.
No other Once Upon a Farm products are impacted by this recall.
