Memphis Zoo Lantern Festival returns, kicking off the holiday season

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) -The Memphis Zoo is getting into the holiday spirit with the return of the Lantern Festival on Nov. 13.

The Zoo Lantern Festival will begin November 13 and run through February 14, featuring an entirely new collection of illuminated displays for all ages to enjoy.

“We’re thrilled to bring Lantern Festival back to Memphis Zoo with a completely new display this season,” says Matt Thompson, Memphis Zoo CEO. “Whether you joined us last year or are experiencing the festival for the first time, there will be something new to discover around every corner. We invite everyone to come experience the magic for themselves.”
