Kokua Line: Why can’t I log into my TreasuryDirect account?

Question: Last year or so, Social Security made us change our online accounts and we did it through Login.gov and they said it was for cybersecurity and would be good for other government accounts too and now they did the same for TreasuryDirect but it’s not through Login.gov! It’s through ID.me and I am having trouble signing up and can’t access my bond account in the meantime. Is anyone else complaining about this?
