According to the proposal sent to the Sec. of State’s Office, one scanner was used at the Mechanicsville Library on Oct. 21 and the second was used at the Hugh C. Conley Recreation Center on Oct. 26.
A wheelchair ran over part of the voting machine at the Mechanicsville Library, while a machine at the Hugh C. Conley Recreation Center displayed a scanning error message.

The Sec. of State’s Office and the Fulton County Elections Board have been asked if the proposal was approved. Channel 2 Action News is waiting for responses from both offices.
