Letter: ‘Public charge’ rule not fair to many immigrants

President Donald Trump has added another layer of more restrictive regulations to his already hateful and cruel immigration agenda. Now, legal immigrants who have used or are deemed likely to use government assistance such as SNAP might be ineligible for green cards.
