Quick round of rain with a morning frontal passage
NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - A quick round of wet weather is possible during the Wednesday morning commute as a front passes through the area.
🚗🌧️MORNING COMMUTE - This line of showers or brief downpours will take less than an hour to get through. That will limit the overall impact but rain during the commute will slow you down a bit. There is also some fog in spots due to the high humidity ahead of this front.
☀️ DRY & WARM - Dry skies and slightly lower humidity begin to filter in this afternoon with more of it to come Thursday into Friday. Temperatures stay warm as we likely remain near 80 through the end of the week. The change comes over the weekend with front #2. November weather rolls in Saturday night as north winds kick in and a chill returns.
🌬️❄️A NOVEMBER CHILL - Come Sunday into Monday, highs will struggle to get out of the 60s. Some clouds are likely to linger behind this front which will make it feel cooler as the sun gets blocked out of the sky.
