Kim Hammer elected as Secretary of State, AP says

JONESBORO, Ark. (KAIT) - Republican Kim Hammer has been elected Secretary of State in Arkansas, according to the Associated Press.

Unofficial results show Hammer receiving 55.9% of the votes to Democrat Kelly Grappe’s 39.6% and Libertarian Michael Pakko 4.6%.
