Live updates: At least 2 hurt in helicopter crash in Biscayne Bay, MDFR says

Authorities are responding to reports of a helicopter crash in the area of Biscayne Bay, according to Miami-Dade Fire Rescue.

“Units are currently en route to reports of a helicopter down. That is the only information we have at this time,” fire rescue said.

Video from Chopper6 shows what appears to be a chopper upside down in the water as its yellow skid floats skim the surface. Footage also shows officials on land surrounding a yellow tarp covering what appears to be a body.
