"This trip has been a disaster! We shut down the pool. We stole some family's clothes. And, now we're fugitives." Disney's celebrating the holidays the "Wimpy" way with the new Disney+ animated comedy, "Diary of a Wimpy Kid Christmas: The Getaway."

In the new trailer, Greg Heffley and his family decide to go on a new holiday adventure and escape to an all-inclusive island resort in Isla de Corales. Greg has a bad feeling about the vacation, and is quickly proven correct. From a spider crawling on Greg's head to fish swarming him because they think he's food, the family trip becomes overrun with hilarious hijinks.

The "Diary of a Wimpy Kid Christmas: The Getaway" voice cast includes Jacob Isaac Peterson (Greg Heffley), Chris Diamantopoulos (Greg's dad, Frank), Erica Cerra (Greg's mom, Susan), Hunter Dillon (Greg's older brother, Rodrick), Gracen Newton (Greg's younger brother, Manny), Jude Zarzaur (Greg's best friend, Rowley), Fred Armisen (Director of Fun), Beau Bridges (Captain Stubbard), Jeff Hiller (First Class Flight Attendant) and Keyla Monterroso Mejia (Receptionist).
