UNM Lobo Coaches Show | Nov. 4

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – New Mexico beat San Jose State on the road for the first time since 1969, with head coach Jason Eck saying the Lobos found a way to win.

“It wasn’t always a work of art, but we found a way to get it done. And very good to be 7-1,” Eck said.

Eck said the defense led the way even as he called for better play on offense and special teams.

“I think our defense still had the fastball. They were outstanding. But we got to play better on offense and special teams, and we will,” Eck said.
