Man accused of kidnapping 10-year-old from Canby home now facing numerous charges

Vince Edgar Chavez was indicted in Clackamas County court on charges including attempted murder and kidnapping following the abduction of a 10-year-old girl in Canby, with a preventive hearing scheduled for Dec. 1.
