Starbucks holiday menu now in coffeehouses; Bearista cold cup return still ahead

Starbucks’ holiday menu is now available, but fans will have to wait for the viral Bearista cold cup, whose return date has not been announced.

The holiday menu includes new drinks, food, and limited-time merchandise, according to a news release from Starbucks last week.

Returning favorites include the Peppermint Mocha, Caramel Brulée Latte, Sugar Cookie Latte, and Gingerbread Chai.

Starbucks announces two new drinks

The coffee giant introduced two Italian-inspired drinks: the Tiramisu Velvet Latte and Tiramisu Velvet Cold Brew. Both drinks are topped with a velvet mascarpone cold foam and a cocoa and coffee dusting. The Tiramisu Velvet Latte can be served hot or iced.

For a lighter pick-me-up, Starbucks announced the new Apple Pomegranate Refresher. The drink has crisp apple flavors and popping pomegranate-flavored pearls. Customers can also try the Snowy Apple version, which is made with coconut milk.

Holiday menu introduces new bites

After seeing the Bearista cup take off, Starbucks decided to come out with a new Bearista Cake Pop. The company has also launched two new sandwiches: the Braised Short Rib Grilled Cheese and the Turkey & Stuffing Sandwich.

Classic treats like the Cranberry Bliss Bar, Snowman Cookie, and Sugar Plum Cheese Danish have returned as well.

Starbucks launching new holiday merch

Starbucks is not only shaking up its food and drink lineup, but is debuting new holiday merchandise. A retro collection, featuring a glass holiday tree cup, pink chrome tumbler, ceramic striped espresso cup, and more, is now available.

The 2026 Holiday Village collection will also launched Thursday and features Pike Place-themed mugs, ornaments, a snow globe, and a ceramic coffeehouse model.

Taking it one step further, Starbucks debuted an entire Bearista collection, now available.

“An icon since the first plush bears were introduced in Starbucks coffeehouses in 1997, the Starbucks Bearista is back with this reimagined collection,” the company stated. “Featuring Bearista-adorned drinkware, collectible plush keychain, and coordinated accessories, each piece captures the charm and nostalgia of the fan-favorite bear in signature Starbucks green.”

The company is releasing a Winter Wonderland cup collection later this month, with cool-toned drinkware inspired by freshly fallen snow and icy landscapes.

“Featuring a quilted light-blue cold cup, iridescent water bottles, statement tumblers, and other whimsical items, each piece combines festive charm with thoughtful details and wintry textures,” Starbucks stated.

The Winter Wonderland collection will be available Nov. 17.

Red Cup Day will return later this season, but Starbucks has not yet announced a date.

Starbucks coffees, creamers, and ready-to-drink seasonal flavors, like Peppermint Mocha Flavored Coffee, are already available in stores.
