Judge finds probable cause in Temple Israel case
MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - The case against a man accused of threatening a mass shooting will move forward.
Jason Arrington was in court today. He was arrested back in July after a woman said he texted her about a plan to “shoot the Jews” at Temple Israel, where he worked.
On Thursday, the judge found probable cause. So, the District Attorney can take the case to a grand jury.
Arrington is being held on a $50,000 bond.
