Reeb reverses plan to leave Roundhouse
SANTA FE, N.M. — Rep. Andrea Reeb, R-N.M., reversed her plan to leave the New Mexico House after voters re-elected her in House District 64.
Reeb announced last month that she was resigning from the state House of Representatives.
A federal court ruled that she could not serve as a legislator and special prosecutor at the same time.
At the time, Reeb said she made the decision to step down from the House so she could continue serving victims.
On Tuesday, voters re-elected Reeb in House District 64.
Now, Reeb will keep her job as a representative and transition to a job at a private law firm.
