Henderson man identified after fatal October crash
The Nevada Highway Patrol identified the man who died after an Oct. 25 crash near Interstate 11 and College Drive in Henderson.
Jerome Howard Williams, 66, of Henderson, was transported to a local hospital in critical condition and died from his injuries on Oct. 27, the Highway Patrol said in a news release.
Williams was behind the wheel of a 1932 Ford Hot Rod that was traveling north on I-11 at a high rate of speed, troopers said. The Ford struck a 2026 Dodge Ram pickup truck, and the Ford overturned and crashed into a concrete barrier, the Highway Patrol said.
The driver of the Dodge Ram remained at the scene and was not injured, troopers said.
