Historic Taos Valley ski lodge up for sale

TAOS, N.M. – A historic Taos Ski Valley hotel property is on the market for $8 million and will stay open this season.

The Brownell Chalet on Thunderbird Road is listed for sale. The property has more than 5,000 square feet.

It has three stories with seven bedrooms, five full bathrooms and one half bathroom.

The chalet currently serves as a seasonal lodge for skiers and snowboarders.

The chalet will still be open for this season.
