Highway 610 gives Minnesotans a lasting way to remember the Hortmans

A stretch of Highway 610 now carries the Hortman name in honor of late Minnesota House Speaker Melissa Hortman and her husband, Mark. The highway is one that people close to Melissa said meant a lot to her.
