Wurstfest 2026: What to know before you visit New Braunfels German festival

It’s that time of year to gather your friends and family to celebrate 10 days of German culture, food and drinks at the City of New Braunfels’ annual festival: Wurstfest.

But before you head out, here’s what to know before having the “wurst” time ever.

HOURS AND ADMISSION PRICING:

The festival runs from Nov. 6 through Nov. 15 at Landa Park, 120 Landa Street.

Festival hours vary by day:

• Friday, Nov. 6: 4 p.m. to 11 p.m.
• Saturday, Nov. 7: 11 a.m. to midnight
• Sunday, Nov. 8: 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
• Monday, Nov. 9: 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
• Tuesday, Nov. 10: 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
• Wednesday, Nov. 11: 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
• Thursday, Nov. 12: 5 p.m. to 11 p.m.
• Friday, Nov. 13: 5 p.m. to 11 p.m.
• Saturday, Nov. 14: 11 a.m. to midnight
• Sunday, Nov. 15: 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.

The admission prices vary by day, too:

• Monday-Thursday: Free every weeknight, and kids 12 and under are free every day.
• Fridays and Sundays: $15 online, $20 at the gate (free after 3 p.m. on the final Sunday)
• Saturdays: $25 online, $30 at the gate
