How to watch UNLV vs. Wyoming: TV channel, time, radio for Rebels Week 10 matchup
UNLV GAME DAY
Following a narrow 31-24 win over Northern Illinois in Week 9, UNLV (5-3) wraps up its two-game homestand against Wyoming (5-3) on Saturday.
The Cowboys currently sit second in the Mountain West Conference standings behind No. 22 New Mexico with a 4-1 record in conference play, while UNLV remains in third at 3-1.
Wyoming enters on a three-game winning streak before a bye week, with its last loss coming against North Dakota State in Week 5.
When these two programs met last season in Laramie, Wyoming, the Rebels came away with a 31-17 victory despite snowy conditions. Wyoming leads the all-time series 14-13, dating back to 1978, although UNLV has won the past two meetings.

Controlling fate
After their second and final bye week, Rebels coach Dan Mullen said that despite coming off a loss to Air Force, the program still had a chance to control its own destiny.
An undefeated regular-season finish would put the Scarlet and Gray in their fourth straight Mountain West Championship game. Because of the conference tiebreakers over New Mexico, North Dakota State and Wyoming, UNLV would host the game at Allegiant Stadium.
A win Saturday would move the Rebels into second place in the conference standings ahead of their Week 11 meeting with No. 22 New Mexico in Albuquerque.
Rush defense
While the Rebels’ defense has stepped up at times this season, including in conference wins over North Dakota State and Hawaii, it has recently struggled against the run.
Over its past two outings, UNLV has allowed 670 combined rushing yards, including 430 against Air Force and 240 against the winless Huskies.
Against a Wyoming offense that ranks third in the Mountain West in rushing, defensive coordinator Paul Gunther and the rest of the Rebels’ defense will have to find a way to slow down the Cowboys’ ground attack.
Wyoming
Road woes
While Wyoming has had success this season, most of its wins have come on its home turf, where the Cowboys are undefeated at War Memorial Stadium in 2026.
On the other hand, the program has struggled on the road, going 1-3. Its lone away win came in overtime against the San Jose State Spartans 16-13.
For the Cowboys, Saturday is an opportunity to establish themselves as a title contender while proving they can find success away from Laramie.
Championship aspirations
The last and only time Wyoming appeared in the Mountain West Championship game was in 2016, when the Cowboys lost 27-24 at home to the San Diego State Aztecs.
After finishing 4-8 with a 2-6 conference record in 2025, the Cowboys were not among the favorites to contend for the Mountain West title in 2026. However, Wyoming now finds itself in position to make a run at the championship.
A win over the Rebels would likely set up a meeting between the Lobos and Cowboys in Albuquerque, with the two programs potentially standing as the only one-loss teams remaining in conference play.
