San Antonio musician Felix Truvere arrested for invasive visual recording, affidavit says
A San Antonio musician who was arrested last month on a charge of possessing child sexual abuse material was arrested again Friday for invasive visual recording.
Felix Roberto Juarez, 52, who performs under the stage name Felix Truvere, is accused of recording videos while peeking through his neighbors’ bedroom window, according to an affidavit for his arrest.
His arrest comes two weeks after he was first arrested for allegedly possessing more than 50 photos and videos of child sex abuse material.
Ring camera footage from the victims’ home allegedly showed Juarez on June 24, 2026, holding a device while looking through their window from their second-story deck in the backyard.
The affidavit says Juarez recorded the victims through the window again on July 1, 2026. Police arrested Juarez that day for criminal trespass and seized his phone.
Juarez told investigators he was in the yard to get his cat, who he said had got loose, the affidavit says. A detective asked Juarez to unlock his phone, which he denied.
Instead, Juarez provided an iCloud email, which investigators used to obtain a warrant. While searching through Juarez’s iCloud account, investigators found video of the victims engaged in sexual conduct in their bedroom, according to the affidavit.
The videos were dated before the victims put up surveillance cameras, indicating “that the behavior from (Juarez) was going on longer than what they realized and reported,” the affidavit says.
KSAT spoke with the mother of the victim after Juarez’s first arrest, who said the musician has “known several of my children growing up.”
“It’s infuriating how comfortable he is up there,” she said while reviewing the footage. “How comfortable he is looking at my children.”
Juarez was first arrested Oct. 23 at Cool Crest Miniature Golf & Metzger Biergarten on a charge of possessing child sex abuse material. on the Northwest Side, where he was scheduled to perform.
In a statement, the venue said it condemned the alleged conduct and cut ties with the musician.
