HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- An out-of-this-world exhibit is now on display at the Houston Museum of Natural Science.
You can now see the meteorite that crashed into a home in the Spring area back in March.

The space rock is part of the museum's "Fall to Earth" exhibit. It follows the meteorite's incredible journey through space. Scientists believe the rock is about 4.5 billion years old.
"It's a very old meteorite. If you think about it, the solar system wasn't always here," Dr. Carolyn Sumners, Curator of Astronomy at HMNS, said. "There was a pressure wave that disturbed the area and caused the material to come together. Some of that material that came together was older than our solar system, like our meteorite."
You can see the exhibit for free in the museum store.
