Folsom-area man arrested in two sex-related cases
TANGIPAHOA PARISH, La. (WVUE) - The Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office has arrested a Folsom-area man in two separate sex-related cases.
Cohen Gray, 21, was booked on one count of sexual battery and three counts of pornography involving juveniles under the age of 13.
Gray was found at an address on Oct. 15 after a disturbance call. He was arrested on an existing sexual battery warrant.
A review of devices obtained during the arrest confirmed Gray was the suspect in uploads of child sexual abuse material that the sheriff’s office was investigating. He was booked this past week again on the new charges.
In October 2025, Gray was identified as a suspect in a sexual battery case involving a juvenile relative. Authorities issued a warrant for his arrest. Law enforcement in several areas could not find him.
This summer, the sheriff’s office Internet Crimes Against Children Division began investigating child sexual abuse material being uploaded to a social media app from an internet address in the parish.
Detectives were tracing the activity back to an address in the parish when Gray was found there on Oct. 15.
