SANTA ANA, Calif. (KABC) -- John Wayne Airport is investigating how a Cessna plane flipped and wound up on its roof.
Video from just after 2:30 p.m. Saturday shows the plane overturned at the airport, with crews and a crane working to flip it back over.
The Orange County Fire Authority said the plane flipped due to wind, but would not confirm whether it was Santa Ana winds or a wind blast from a passing jet. Officials did note that the plane was not tethered down.
